The March 24th edition of Newsweek includes an article about the Millennial generation that features nine teens from 100 Young Americans. Jennie Yarbroff writes in Here’s Looking at You, Kids:
Flip through the photo book “One Hundred Young Americans,” and you see a collection of pretty young things prepping for fame, not life, such as Jake, who says, “The whole MySpace thing is a good warm-up for when I’m really famous.”
The article is accompanied by a full page photo collage of Megan (from Delaware), Blessing, Nate, Bethany, Titus, Ben, Delino, Megan (from Texas) and Mary.
Jennie seems to argue that this generation is the “Documentation Generation,” ready to live there lives in front of the camera- but is she right to make that claim?
